This customer’s crawl space was in need of a clean-out as well as all brand new vents. We performed the following services:

  • Ground clean out to remove debris and insulation.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier on the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Replaced (7) foundation vents with concrete blocks cemented in place.
  • Tacked up wires where applicable.

Before & After — Forked River

This customer lives on the water and was experiencing moisture related issues in the crawl space as a result. To repair these issues, we completed the following work:

  • Insulation & debris removal.
  • Performed a mold treatment.
  • Performed a wood boring beetle treatment which carries a 5-year warranty.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier on the floors, pillars, & walls.
  • Raised the grading of the crawl space with 3/8″ pea gravel.
  • Installed 25 mil. drainage matting.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
  • Installed a 3/4 HP sump pump and ran the drainage through bulkhead on the right side.
