This Atlantic City homeowner reached out to us because they recently had a hot water break in their home and they had everything remediated except for the insulation in the crawlspace. As always, we first performed a 22-point crawlspace evaluation and determined that the crawlspace needed new insulation and the following services to be clean, dry, and protected:

• A ground cleanout to remove debris and old insulation.
• Installed a 12 millimeter string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors.
• Secured the vapor barrier underneath the floor joists as ceiling tarp to approximately 300 square feet of area where we replaced insulation. 
• Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
